SUMMER:
Some holidays and vacance periods have higher nightly minimums. Please contact us for a quote for your desired days, we aim to respond in 24 hours to all inquiries and questions.
Check-in is 5pm and check-out is at 10am. We ensure to greet each group with a beautifully clean accommodation and a pool ready to use, therefore we are happy to allow early check-ins and late check-outs when possible in the off-season, but these are unfortunately never possible in the summer. Changes to check-in or check-out times must always be agreed and confirmed in writing ahead of time; charges apply.
Our rates include all local taxes and a standard clean and disinfection if gite is left in the condition received. Additional charges will apply for spills, stains, messes, damage, missing items, and extra required cleaning.
* Please note 15 guests is a firm enforced maximum required of us by law and insurance. This must include anyone on the property at any time, even all children and babies, as well as day guests. Everyone's name must included on the signed guest list you submit to confirm your reservation. Whole group agrees to leaving immediately with no refund if this rule is broken.
* Sorry, NO pets can be allowed on the property due to family pets and allergies.
Rental rates are for the entire property.

Payment via credit card or bank transfer only, no checks are accepted. Over-payments will not be refunded until after dates of stay are completed. To finalize reservation your requested dates, a signed guest form with all guest names and agreement to our House Guidelines is required, as well as a non-refundable 25% deposit of the total booking must be received. Full payment of remainder and damage deposit is required 8 weeks before arrival. A damage deposit of 800€ is required in advance for any damage, which will be fully refunded via bank transfer within 2 weeks if no damages or extra cleaning fees occur.
